Lodge a new claim

Get started and lodge a new claim with IVAA. We’ll get things moving by gathering information from your customer, including:

• - preferred suppliers
• - other customer documentation.

View an existing claim Loupe gives you real-time/live claim status. The Loupe interface is very clear and easy to use. Click the View an Existing Claim button to see:

• - Supporting documents collated in one easy-to-access area
• - IVAA case manager or claims team contact details at a glance
• - All quotes and details
• - Any appointed jewellers
• - History and research done by IVAA on your behalf
• - Settlement reports
• - Images of claims items
• - Correspondence with customers
