Parties

Independent Validation Advisory (Australia) Pty Ltd acting as agent for third parties (such as insurance companies, mutual trusts and financial organisations) - referred to as ‘IVAA’.

The supplier of products and services - referred to as ‘The Supplier’.

Preamble

The representative acting on behalf of The Supplier has disclosed sufficient information about the Supplier that has enabled IVAA to make a properly informed decision to allocate or to continue to allocate The Supplier.
The Supplier enters this agreement without any coercion or duress from any party.

1.0 Compliance

This agreement relates to products and services that have been allocated by IVAA as per the relevant allocation of work.
IVAA can create a Tax Invoice on behalf of The Supplier.
The Supplier will not issue another tax invoice for the goods and services that have been included in the Created Tax Invoice.
The Supplier is registered for GST and if The Supplier ceases being registered for GST then they will notify IVAA.

2.0 Acceptance

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept all relevant terms.
