You will have a dedicated jewellery specialist to help you. The consult is to discuss what type of item you want and to answer any tehcnical questions you have. We can meet with you in person or consult over the phone. From this consult we will write a detailed technical description.

Step 3. Review the Quotes

You will receive an email with a detailed Quote Comparison Report with several quote options.

The tendering process is a method of sourcing comparative quotes for high value items. There are many factors to consider which are detailed in a tailor made comprehensive report.

Step 4. Engage a Jeweller

Review the quotes available. If you agree to proceed we will ask you to pay half of the quote as an initial deposit. We will act as escrow which means we are simply holding the funds as a security on your behalf and the jeweller. We do this to give you complete peace of mind.

Step 5. Meet the Jeweller

Your chosen jeweller will give you a call and organise a time to meet with you to discuss and double check the design and details of the jewellery.

Step 6. Item Audit

On completion we will have our in-house qualified Valuer inspect, test the components and provide a detailed valuation on the piece. Once the item passes this audit we will ask you to pay the outstanding balance and again we will hold the funds as escrow until you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the jewellery.

Step 7. Collection

You can come in and collect the jewellery or we can send it to you. Just let us know what you prefer!
